Emerald Wedding | Austin, TX
It's Christmas time again! What's more fun than a Christmas inspired wedding! I created a subtley (I know what you're thinking - how is a green dress subtle? I guess it's not but at least she's not wearing a santa hat right?) Christmas inspired wedding focusing on the gorgeous emerald color surrounding the season with subtle hints of red here and there! And best of all a few horses too! To start the whole look I found this absolutely gorgeous green velvet dress that looked even better in person than online if you can even believe it!
To add to the Christmas spirit you have to throw in a little red and white! And that's exactly what I did with the bouquet. Celia over at Bloom and Leaf saved the day and created the most stunning bouquet she took my vision and executed it perfectly. To tie up the gorgeous bouquet was the amazing hand dyed silk ribbon from Paperie & Silk. She created the perfect shade of emerald with a touch of beige here and there to break it up. I love this new trend, the ribbon adds that extra bit of movement to the bouquet and it leaves a lasting impression!
But what pulls the whole look together is the details and the finishing touches. The gorgeous makeup and hair that completed the look was done by Chelsea Vo! She created just the right look that was both natural and stunning with a gorgeous red lip. But what wrapped the look all together was the jewelry from Petite Delights, her beautiful emerald and gold jewelry added the perfect finishing touch! Even though our model is dressed to the nine's, no one will show up without an invitation! Perhaps the most important detail - the invitation suite! It is the first impression that lays out the whole story and this was wonderfully conveyed by our calligrapher Poppy Seed Signs!
