what is an elopement?​
It's not getting hitched despite disapproving parents. It's not running off to Vegas (unless that's your style!) It's about choosing you on your wedding day.
I define an elopement as an authentic and intimate day where you are choosing to put your love story first. Where you are choosing to surround yourself with what matters most to you. Whether that looks like just the two of you or you and up to 50 guests.

*I use the word elopement and intimate wedding pretty interchangeably. As long as you're planning a wedding day experience centered around the two of you let's just call it an elopement.

Weddings are notoriously stressful and a lot of times couples let the stress consume them and forget that they should be celebrating this period in their life before getting married. I want you to have the most stress free day as possible, I want you to enjoy your engagement. that's why I'm here to help with a few of the details.
location scouting
The first step to creating your perfect day is finding the perfect location. Once you book with me I'll learn a little bit more about what you want and put together a custom location list with options for your ceremony and portraits based on your vision for your day.

Once you pick out your perfect location there's still a little more to do. I'll help you find out more about what permits and permissions you need to have your wedding in this location.

vendor help
After we've found your perfect location I'll help you find vendors to complete your day and make your vision come to life. I'll send you over a list of people for you to reach out to.

timeline help
When the day starts getting closer I'll create a timeline for your day that we'll go over together and perfect to make sure that your day is exactly what you want.

Don’t worry it’s not just an all day photoshoot, I’m not just going to drag you around to pose for pictures.

My goal is to capture your real relationship, the focus at all times is going to be on each other not on the camera.

my philosophy
Your day matters. and your deserve to have incredible quality pictures to keep memories alive. you'll have to go back down the mountain, back to reality, the dress will come off and the flowers will wilt. all that's left at the end of the day is your partner the pictures you have to remember it with. photography is the one thing that can keep the memory alive forever.
even for those who weren't there with you when it happened. you should have an amazing intimate day but im sure there are a few people who weren't there who might want to see them too.

this is a once in a lifetime event. it's not just about signing the license or any one moment it's about the experience from start to finish. i want you to have the best day of your life.
this isn't another day at work for me. I care about every single one of my couples and making sure i capture their beautiful moments.
if you're just looking for a good deal then you likely wont see the value in the experience and the memories i want to capture for you, but that is okay, i want you to love your photographer! i want to offer more than that though.
